I think this is one of the most exciting times in my life, as I give myself permission to learn things I’m interested in and pursue new avenues.
I have just signed up for a course from a fellow writer, Ev Bishop (www.evbishop.com), who is going to teach me about producing non-fiction articles and how to query magazines with them. I am very excited about this and can’t wait to get started.
This will be part of my two-pronged writing activities, which will generate the income to move to a more rural part of my home state. I have lived in Atlanta, GA for forty years but the traffic, noise, pollution and yes, the taxes, are making me want to move.
I want to find a smaller town in this state that has so much beautiful, rolling farm land, and relocate there. I’ll still need some income, because I’ll want to continue to travel. I will generate a part of that from my mentor coaching, because that is also important to me. The other part will be generated from writing.
For me, this sounds like an idyllic life style.
